    Community Manager

    Position is full time exempt/salaried, not eligible for overtime. The COMMUNITY MANAGER is totally accountable for all property operations. The purpose of the COMMUNITY MANAGER is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives as set forth by the Area Manager/Regional Director and property owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and community values. In addition, the COMMUNITY MANAGER will train the Assistant Manager to assume all duties of the COMMUNITY MANAGER in the event of the COMMUNITY MANAGER’S absence.

    Sales Associate

    Non-exempt/hourly – eligible for overtime. The SALES ASSOCIATE is the property’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. A SALES ASSOCIATE is very service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. The SALES ASSOCIATE will contact a person of authority should any situation warrant an action or decision not included in his or her duties and responsibilities.

    Service Supervisor

    Non-exempt/hourly – eligible for approved overtime. The SERVICE SUPERVISOR is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times.  This involves insuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff.  It is the SERVICE SUPERVISOR’S duty to anticipate identify and correct any and all problems involving the community and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems.  An effective program of maintenance is essential in order to:

    • Maintain a safe environment.
    • Cultivate resident satisfaction.
    • Protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

    Service Technician I

    Position is full time non-exempt/hourly, eligible for approved overtime.  The SERVICE TECHNICIAN I is to assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community.  This involves insuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.  The SERVICE TECHNICIAN I will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Service Supervisor. In the absence of the Service Supervisor, the SERVICE TECHNICIAN I will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

    Service Technician II

    Position is full time non-exempt/hourly, eligible for approved overtime.  The SERVICE TECHNICIAN II is to assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community.  This involves insuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.  The SERVICE TECHNICIAN II will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Service Supervisor.  In the absence of the Service Supervisor, the SERVICE TECHNICIAN II will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

    Groundskeeper

    Non-Exempt/Hourly-eligible for approved overtime. The primary responsibilities of the GROUNDSKEEPER involve the upkeep of the community in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal.  This position will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the community in an efficient manner. Perform all grounds keeping duties required for the general grooming and upkeep of the apartment complex, including the lawns, flower beds, parking facilities, pool areas, and property in general.

    Housekeeper

    Non-Exempt/Hourly-eligible for approved overtime. The primary responsibilities of the HOUSEKEEPER involve the upkeep of each apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal.  Perform duties required for the housekeeping duties of cleaning turnover units as they are vacated, clean office, clean weight room and laundry room.  The HOUSEKEEPER will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the community in an efficient manner.

    Courtesy Officer

    You are responsible for answering after hour emergencies and lockouts within 15 minutes of each page.  You understand that you are not an employee of Multifamily Management, Inc.  You are to take full responsibility for your actions as an off duty officer working after office hours.  You are responsible for reporting all incidents to the Manager.  You will have the ability to communicate with people of all walks of life. MUST LIVE ON PROPERTY!
